    Arica Andreatta was born and raised in Huerfano County and has a deep sense of respect for the land and the way of life in Southern Colorado. Arica graduated from John Mall High School in Walsenburg and then moved to Boulder, where she obtained a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado. Throughout college, she worked as a mortgage broker assistant, and upon graduation in 2007, she became a licensed broker associate at Coldwell Banker, one of the leading real estate brokerages in Boulder, CO.
